Kids Yoga

Teaching our little ones how to care for themselves both physically and emotionally can be one of the greatest tools we give them. With a patient and fun loving approach I teach children how to move through their body and breathe through their emotions. Starting yoga at any age can have positive and impactful  transformation on our lives.
